WELL DONE CILCAIN YOUNG FARMERS!
They played an ace! Not only did they raise the funds to buy a defibrillator for the village, but they have also now organised defibrillator training sessions for anyone in Cilcain who wants to sign up. 17 people arrived for the first defibrillator training session on Tuesday evening – a great turnout! Many thanks to Kay for running the session, to Graham who had his arm twisted to help out – and to Andy of the Young Farmers for all his hard work. Two more sessions will take place next Sunday (3rd February), the first starting at 3.00 pm and the second at 4.00 pm. A few places are still available, so get in touch with Andy Hughes by email, message or phone to book your place.
