NightCrawlers in Cilcain!

This is the first Trail & Fell Running day that The NightCrawlers Trail Runners group have organised and is set to be a day to remember for anyone who has a passion for Trail and Fell running!  The day will include the opportunity for you to try on and test-run the latest shoes from the Inov-8 range, on one of our 5k guided runs.
Or if you feel up to a challenge, join Ben Mounsey for the 10k Inov-8 try on run, up onto the Clwydian Range (limited to 25 places).
There will also be a talk by the Great Britain and International athlete Ben Mounsey, whose many achievements include coming 5th in the World Masters Mountain Running Championships. He was also the UK Inter-Counties Fell Running Champion in 2016.
Ben will be talking about all things running, from his own experiences on the international circuit, to training, diet and nutrition, rest and recovery, and I’m sure he’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have on the day.
This event will be in support of The Love Hope Strength Foundation, who will also be on site with their stand, LHSF are now firmly established as the world’s leading rock and roll cancer foundation, Love Hope Strength has been endeavouring to encourage as many people as possible to sign up to the International Bone Marrow Registry.

Where Is The Event Being Held..?
We’re holding the event at the Village Hall in the beautiful historic village of Cilcain, which is nestled on the edge of the Clwydian Range, overshadowed by the stunning Moel Famau, which at 1,821ft (555m) is the highest mountain in the Clwydian Range.
The Address is: Cilcain Village Hall, Cilcain, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 5NN (parking space is very limited so allow yourself time to park and please park safely and sensibly).
How Do I Book Tickets And How Much Is It..?
With this being our first Trail & Fell Running Day, we’re keeping it simple and having it as a ‘Pay On The Door’ event. Admission for the whole day is £5.00, which will include a Goody Bag and is open to anyone 18 years of age and over.
Doors will open at 12.00 pm and tickets will be sold on a first come basis, as the Community Centre does have a limited capacity and once we have reached that number there will be no more tickets available.
The Ben Mounsey led 10k run on the Clwydian Range will be limited to 25 places, so again these will be given on a first come basis, for those who wish to take part in that run.  You will be given a coloured wristband for the day and this will give you access to the community centre, activities and the Ben Mounsey talk and run. All profits will go to The Love Hope Strength Foundation.
