Calling all local food producers!

FREE STAND AT HARTHILL COOKERY SCHOOL OPEN DAY
SUNDAY 27 AUGUST 2017
Jo Smith of the Little Welsh Cheese Company has negotiated an opportunity to sell/exhibit at the upcoming Open Day at Harthill Cooker School free of charge – well, apart from a donation of your food product to be made into a hamper for a raffle prize.
This is a great opportunity for us to showcase the amazing food and drink available in the Clwydian Range.

‘Nestled alongside Peckforton hills, Harthill Cookery School is part of the 6 ½ thousand acre Bolesworth Estate. The grade 2 listed building closed as the village primary school in 2008 but was then converted and re-opened in 2011 to be named as Britain’s best small cookery school in 2014. Recently a barbecue terrace, wood burning oven and fire pit were added to create and outdoor cookery area. Indoors, the hands on kitchen and old school hall feature cameras and flat screens so visitors won’t miss a thing. During the open day, there will be live music, a bar, tea room, hands on practical sessions, chef demonstrations and barbecue master classes in addition to a producers market.’
We should be able to accommodate a large number of producers and suppliers
We hope to involve as many producers as possible but need to know who is interested so the space can be planned.
If you would like to be involved please let Jo Smith know – email her at littlewelshcheese@gmailcom no later than Friday 4th
Please let Jo know which of the above options you would like, how much space you would ideally like to take and if you need electricity (there will be a small charge for electricity).
