Bob Taylor was Cilcain\u2019s \u2018Postie\u2019 for 30 years and, during that time, he used to enjoy having his morning tea\/breakfast break on one of the benches by the side of the bowling green in the village, weather permitting. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Sadly, he recently passed away following his fight with cancer and his wife, Lynn, asked if the family could put a bench in his memory at the side of the green. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Last Saturday, 26th January, Bob\u2019s family, friends and people from the village gathered together to remember him as the bench was put into position, and to pay their respects to a lovely man who was very much part of our community and its history. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
